When the ‘weaker’ of the two brains (right and left) is stimulated and encouraged to work in cooperation with the stronger side, the end result is a great increase in overall ability and … often five to ten times more effectiveness. Professor Robert Ornstein, chairman of the Institute for the Study of Human Knowledge, psychologist, researcher and writer.

Coaching Questions:

  • When did I last look at things with a fresh eye and make some new connections?
  • What can I do/read/watch/listen to to stimulate new thinking, new perspectives or new ideas?
  • How can I become comfortable with the uncertainty and imbalances which are the primary source of creativity?

Have  a great week being innovative!
